Our interests span mathematical modelling, analysis, optimization, probability, and computation, with applications across engineering and the sciences. We connect researchers across institutions through seminars, discussion, and collaboration.

About the network
SAMCS is a network to connect Saudi faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students across applied mathematics and computational science. Researchers from engineering and other sciences who use mathematical and computational methods are welcome.
The network provides a forum for theoretical, methodological, and application-driven research. Its scientific programme will reflect the varied specializations of its members, with opportunities to share ongoing work and explore connections between fields.

Opening meeting
Mathematical modelling across disciplines
An invited seminar on mathematical or computational approaches to a problem in science or engineering.
Research in progress
Short presentations from emerging researchers in different specialties, with time for questions and constructive feedback.
The scientific programme is under development. Meeting dates, speakers, and participation details will be announced in due course. All meeting times will be listed in Riyadh time (UTC+3).
